Frazier in Columbus, OH

Just Adopted!

Frazier is a 9 year old Tri-Color who is very sweet and gentle. Frazier is an owner surrender due to divorce. He is affectionate, but needs help gaining some confidence. He is a little shy, but loves being scratched; if you stop he will paw at your hand for more. He needs a safe place to retreat to when feeling shy.

He has been crated at night, but would love sleeping in bed with everyone else. He loves being able to explore outside in a fenced yard with his fellow Lab and Cavalier. He is very good on a leash and loves to go for walks.

When Frazier came to rescue he was very matted. He is not fond of grooming. When the brush comes out he takes off and hides. His foster mom is trying to make him feel a little more comfortable, but he will need more work and patience. He is up to date on all vaccines and his teeth and ears have been cleaned and he has been microchipped.

Frazier would be most happy with a family where someone is home much of the time to give him lots of love to help him gain more confidence. He also would be happy with another friendly, gentle dog.
